GMP Licence Options

All GMP systems have 4-types of licence that determines the access and functionality available to the system users that have activity monitored by the system owner (GMP client).

It is necessary to hold a minimum of two Super Administrator licences to gain access to the other types of hierarchal licences within the GMP system structures.

The following descriptions outline the role and access permissions within the systems.

These licences are for the key system administrators who will manage the system contents, data quality and provide system access for their own team members.

Super administrators control product portfolio content and access, contract terms for any agent registered and have access to all hierarchal records contained within their whole system.

Super Administrators liaise with GMP support teams to rectify issues where support assistance is needed or there may be system enhancement requests that the hierarchal user groups need.

Only Super Administrators have the ability to submit support or enhancement requests to the GMP support teams via the internal support ticket system.

Team Administrators are appointed by the Super Administrator to manage groups within the system or appointed to control a client agency record who work in the systems.
